Wayne
Wayne Willis Head Coach

Wayne has spent the past four years coaching as a USA Swimming coach, focusing on stroke technique and conditioning. His goal is to instill confidence and commitment into each athlete to enable them to realize their potential in and out of the pool. Coach Wayne is a registered Track and Field Coach, specializing in throwing events, with an accomplished record of having coached a second ranked national hammer thrower, and an All American hammer thrower, and a female all state shot putter as well as a top five statewide female discus thrower. Coach Wayne brings experience and knowledge that can only be gained by years of coaching.

Dylon
Dylon Willis Age Group Coach

Dylon has 16 years of swim experience with multiple different organizations including Boys and Girl Clubs, USA Swimming, MIAA, and NCAA teams. During his time swimming, he has received numerous accolades and accomplished a myriad of achievements. He was named captain of the Attleboro High School swim team and Division 1 Sectional Champion in the 100 yard breaststroke. While in college at Bridgewater State University he was the first ever swimmer from BSU to win an event at the schools conference championships, named Rookie of the Year throughout all of BSU Athletics, named captain twice by his peers, earned Male Swimmer of the Meet at his conference championship his Junior year, and earned the Male Senior High Point award his senior year. Additionally, he was named to the BearUp! Athletic Leadership Team and graduated with honors with a degree in Exercise Science. He has a background in exercise physiology, strength training and conditioning, biomechanics, and performance psychology.

Timucin Marino Age Group Coach

Timucin has 13 years of competitive swimming experience competing with multiple organizations including YMCA, High School, USA Swimming, and NCAA teams. During his time swimming, he accomplished a multitude of achievements. As an open water swimmer from the ages of 13-15 years old, Marino finished in the top 3% within 1800 athletes during his open water competitions in Turkey. While attending East Greenwich High School, he was a four-year finals qualifier in the 500 free, 100 fly, and 200 IM. During his senior year, he was nominated as a captain for the EGHS men's swim team. Within the New England LSC, he competed for Kent County YMCA, Rams Swimming, and Seacoast Swimming Association before going on to swim collegiately for Bridgewater State University. As a varsity swimmer at BSU, Marino was a three-year finalist at the NEISDA Championships, specializing in distance events. He finished second in the 1000 freestyle as a freshman and third in the 1650 freestyle as a sophomore. Additionally, he was named to the BearUp! Athletic Leadership Team and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. After Graduating from BSU, Marino went on to receive his masters in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College in 2024. At Springfield, he interned in the collegiate setting, working with Strength and Conditioning coaches at Springfield College, Harvard University, and College of the Holy Cross. Coach Tim provides background, experience and knowledge from years of coaching in the weight room and in the pool.
